Under the "Capital for a Day" project, Governor Celeste, members of his cabinet, and directors of key state agencies moved their offices to a specific Ohio city for one working day and met with as many individuals and local constituent groups as possible. Contains general information about the program, as well as specific files for each participating city. City files include copies of governor's daily schedule, newspaper clippings, and copies of the proclamation designating the city as capital for a day.
